DataTern, Inc. Announces Agreement of First IP License

DataTern, Inc., today announces that is has agreed a non-exclusive license of its key database patents to RedHat, Inc. DataTern was recently established and is wholly owned by Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) in order to commercialise selected intellectual property opportunities, in partnership with Amphion’s Partner Companies.

Currently, DataTern is in discussions with a number of major companies over the same patents. The Directors believe that this agreement sets a precedent for such Companies and DataTern's licensing programme has the potential to be an increasing source of future revenues for Amphion and its Partner Companies.
